3.2.7. Domain registration terms

The speed of domain registration depends on the domain zone. In most zones, the domain is registered within 5 minutes after payment is received.

Domain registration periods in various domain zones:

• All Ukrainian domains except .UA (e.g., .COM.UA, .IN.UA, .DP.UA, .LVIV.UA, .УКР, etc.):
  • Usually 1-5 minutes (in rare cases, within 24 hours).
• .UA domains:
  • Usually 1-3 working days (in extremely rare cases, up to 14 days).
  • The reason for the relatively long registration process is that the application is subject to verification by the .UA registry. The domain is registered only after it has been approved by the registry.
• International domains (e.g., .COM, .NET, .INFO, .TOP, .SITE, etc.):
  • Usually 5 minutes (in rare cases, within 24 hours).
  • ⚠️ To register, you must have a confirmed email address, an added phone number, and a specified postal address. If any of this information is missing, after you pay the invoice, you will receive a message explaining what needs to be done, and your registration request will only be processed once the missing information has been provided.

After registration, the domain does not become active immediately; it may take 1-24 hours, as additional time is required for the DNS cache to refresh.
