Attention!

  • In personal data, you can only select the country that corresponds to the country of the IP address from which registration was performed or the country of the added phone number.
  • Account currency depends on the selected country: for Ukraine — ₴, for other countries — €.

The account type after registration is initially not set and is displayed in the personal data as "not defined". An account without a type has a number of limitations, e.g. you cannot transfer ownership rights for services, balance, referral program, etc. are not available. The type is set manually or automatically.

Fill in the account owner's details manually in the "Personal data" section on the "Personal info" tab:

  1. Select a country.
  2. Disable the "Company or FOP" option.
  3. Enter full name, city, address and zip code.
  4. Save the changes.

  3. Enter your IPN.
  4. Save the changes.

Once the changes are saved on the basis of the specified IPN, all the necessary data of FOP will be automatically loaded into our system from the state registry.

  1. Select the country Ukraine.
  2. Enable the "Company or FOP" option.
  3. Enter the EDRPOU of your company.
  4. Save the changes.

Once the changes are saved on the basis of the specified EDRPOU, all necessary data of the company will be automatically loaded into our system from the state register.

⚠️ If the data did not load automatically, contact online chat and provide your company's data.

  1. Select any country, except Ukraine.
  2. Enable the "Company or FOP" option.
  3. Enter your company name, city, address and zip code.
  4. Save the changes.

If the account type has not been set manually, it will be set automatically when the first payment is received. The type is determined depending on the way the first payment is made:

  • Individual — payment by any method, except payment from the FOP's or legal entity's settlement account. The currency of the account depends on the country of the IP address from which registration was performed (for Ukraine it is ₴, for other countries — €).

    Changing country and currency

    Individuals with an automatically set type can change the country and currency, but only once. To do this in personal data, select the desired country and fill in your address — as a result, the balance funds, the cost of dedicated servers, auto-refill amounts will be converted to the new currency and all unpaid invoices will be deleted.
  • FOP — payment from the FLP's settlement account.
  • Ukrainian legal entity — payment from the Ukrainian legal entity's settlement account.
  • Foreign legal entity — can only be set manually.

Change

It is not possible to change the type of an existing account, but you can do the following:

  1. Register a new account and set the desired type for it.
  2. Transfer services from your old account to your new account using ownership transfer.

As a result, the services will be in the account with the required type and their renewal will be performed by the payment methods available for this type.
